Ok finally my basement is rolling along, any ideas or if you see something my contractor may need to fix please lmk im kinda new to all this ie construction, So dont wana miss anything.

In the ht room i have safe and sound every place and all the wires are in wall and speaker outlet boxs with monster 14 gauge wire run.
I will be putting in the room...

and all psb 7.1 speakers image series with a psb 6i 12 inch sub

Go with 12 gauge (it is thicker than 14 gauge) and make sure it is UL fire rated (CL3 I think). Without this any fire clam could be denied by your insurance company no matter what the cause was.

Also if your are talking about Monster Cable brand speaker wire save you money because it is FAR over priced (and over hyped) and a POOR value.

Kinda screwed on that its all in the walls now i think its in wall rated ill have to look at the spool
