Hi guys I am new to all this so please be patient with me. I have a motorola dct 6412 III and all the sudden it will not let me watch recorder programs or if I pause it will not allow to play again. The screen on my Sony Bravia 46" LCD goes black. The only way to get the picture is to change the channel and then return back to the channel I was watching. My cable company is Cable one and they are not open today. This all started today. I tried searching the forum but no luck. Thanks in advance.
