I just picked up a DSM-510. Seems like a nice device but can't get the HDMI connection configurations to "sick" The instructions indicate that is will auto sense analog or HDMI but I have yet to get it to work. Every time I turn it on I have to connect an analog change the configuration to HDMI and switch to that input.

On a power-up reboot:
My DSM-510 defaults to HDMI if the TV is on before I boot the DSM-510. If I power up the DSM-510 before the TV is fully powered up it defaults to analog.
