Well with the Canadian Dollar so strong, I can pick up the TV I want and save about $1500 (maybe more). Of course however buying in the states in and bringing into Canada will void any warranty.
Is the cost savings significant enough void a warranty on the TV?
Should I just wait for Canadian prices to drop and properly align with US prices?

what is the price of the TV?
I say use a US address ;)
I plan to use a US Address.
But I was under the impression that if you brought the TV to Canada you would void the warranty.

If you use an US address how does the company know?
Obviously you have to drive it back into the US for them to check it but I just dont know how they would ever know you had it in Canada?
How does crossing the board with a TV void a warranty anyways?

Exactly. A lot of people do this. As long as you don't tell the manufacturer you took it to Canada you're golden.
