Considering the Berkline 099. I am about 6'4", so I need the higher back. I think they are very comfortable but I'm concerned about the pillowtop seat cushions. Has anyone had any problems with the pillowtip cushioning "cratering" after extended use? I vowed to never buy another pillowtop mattress after mine did this. Thanks for the help.

I've never heard of this happening, plus the cushioning is warranted for 5 years, if you consider that "extended use".

Take Care,
Ken

This cushion should be fine, although in my personal experience I find the 099s being overly soft.

You may want to look at the styles groups that have a new CMAX cushion.

FYI: Yes, the cushion warranty is 5 years, but the labor to replace it is only warranted for 1 year.
