I bought the 65" 1080p last week at Circuit City. I have not adjusted the set from the box. Could anyone tell me the setting for the best possible picture?

I'm talking about Contrast, brightness, Color, etc...... Thanks for any help with this.

Try these, to get you started,
Pic mode-Natural
Color temp-Low
color-32
tint-31
Contrast-32
Brigh-33
Sharpness-20

If you look at the different Mit Threads, 733, 734 etc, you will find some different setting that you can try.
It's also a 2007 Mit's Tweaks and settings thread, that you may want to try.
