I have a feeling I know the response I'm going to get before I even ask it but here goes. I recently purchased a Pro Scan 42LA30H. I got everything set up, got the HDMI cable which greatly improved the picture quality, although I do not have a HD-DVD player the player that I do have is not a bad unit, using component cables. When playing a DVD the picture quality is pretty nice, every movie I played was very sharp in quality. So I went out the other day and purchased the movie "300" and it looks like crap, very grainy. I tried switching different routes, hooked up S-VIDEO, and believe it or not the best picture I got was using a standard RCA cable. What gives? How can all my other movies look so nice but that one look like butt? I have a feeling this movie is to much for my contrast ratio, which is 1000:1 any suggestions?
