Way to go MLB! You grabbed the money and screwed the fans once again. Many people will either be working or sleeping for many of these game times.

No kidding this really sucks for a lot of people. I am just a casual fan so I really don't care but I feel bad for people that do. My wife wanted me to to go the Sox game Friday night at 8:37 start time I said have a good time I am not interested it is just to late for me. That game may not get over till 12:30 and then an hour home would mess up my CFB viewing on Saturday and all my chores.

I guess I am to damm old for this stuff and MLB and others don't care I am not in their demographic any longer.

I disagree. If there is a way MLB can schedule things so 2 games are never going on at once, then I think that is the way to go. Afternoon playoff baseball is the way it should be anyway, in my opinion.

I agree. They need to get these in before November. True fans will find a way to watch.

I hope you realize that they used to have games at 1pm daily for the division series the last bunch of years.....

Not exactly sure what you expected.... they did a solid job at getting all the games scheduled so they can be seen by the maximum amount of people.

I love the fact that they are not showing multiple games at the same time when it can be avoided. I will get to see two games most nights!!!

Big deal I need to stay up late to see my Cubs. No different than a usual trip to Arizona.

Wow, looks like I might actually have to watch a game on TNT. That is if the Diamond backs give the Cubs any trouble. :)

Goodness, you've got a shot to go to one of the most hallowed places in baseball (Fenway), to watch the Sox play a game, with the sellout crowd creating a electricity that I suspect would be among the most mindblowing feelings in sports. I'd go even if it weren't a playoff game. And you're deciding not to go, so you can watch college football at home?? I'd understand if a close relative was giving birth any day, but for what you have, I'd face the fatigue and not watch the games (if I would have to do the chores).

You've got the opportunity of a lifetime here. I suspect that if you go, you'll come out knowing it was all worth it (especially if the Sox win).

To each his own I have been going to Fenway for over 40 years now and the place is still a dump and not very enjoyable. The seats were made for people back in the early 1900's. People are more interested in going to the concession stands than watching the game so you are up and down all night letting people by you as they spill beer and what not all over you. I went to 1 game this year and told my wife I am done ,don't ask anymore till they build a new stadium which will never happen in my life time.

FENWAY is the most overrated sports venue in the country as far as I am concerned. I have had the good fortune of being able to go to several new parks the last few years and once you do that Fenway just doesn't cut it for me anymore.

I have been to several electrifying games in the past watching the Celtics and the best was when they came back and beat the 76'ers after being down 3-0 and winning the 7th game so I know the feeling and that was the best ever for me anyways.

The plan has carryover games available on TNT HD. Not sure just how that will work?

Thanks Ken for the edit. I'll try my best to keep up with any schedule changes and will post results as the games finish.

I have a feeling we may see some games start on TNT before being switched to TBS.

Only 1 game is scheduled outright for TNT and that is only if it and the other NLDS go to 4 games.

Very very few games (not involving the Yankees) go longer than 3 hours and 23 minutes....

From what I understand - IF a game were to run long - TNT would be utilized for the start of the following game - if there is overlap (no different than what ESPN does at times with ESPN2 every once in a while)
