I have a PRO-730HD, and to this day I still think it has the best picture of any display (other than some great front projectors of course), especially compared to any flat panel device.

I seen a pro 730hdi for sale for 300. do you still feel that way about your tv?
also whats the difference between hdi and hd , as I'm looking to buy this for my parents, there retired and watch alot of tv.as for meI have a necxg 852 that has a buitiful picture. thanks J:cool:im

Well i have a 710 (older model) and love it if you can get it for $300 it will be the best $300 that you ever spend, if you have not seen the picture quality on this series of tv's your in for a surprise as i was. It made my hitachi look like a piece of junk ,and i thought my Hitachi looked pretty good for a RPTV. Your parents will love you even more. You should get it cleaned and calibrated if you do get it.

thanks a bunck I was trying to get as much info as possable on this unit,new they were 3k. I was looking for a info and ran across a law suit
that pioneer had against them on those rptvs and there was a kit for them.:eek:
