I purchased this TV, I believe, around January/February of this year?

Anyways, I'm getting this effect sometimes where it looks like grass blowing in the wind. It's usually with flat colours or gradients. Usually doesn't happen when there are tons of colours present. I think it's usually with lighter colours.

As you can see, I'm having a hard problem describing it.

I think it has a year warranty. My question is has this happened to others? And if so, how did you describe it? And does Samsung do a good job of fixing the issue?
