Trying to Compare these 2 for use in both my bedroom & loft.

Can get 42e2000 for $698
Can get 37h1000 for $898.

Size is not issue. Don't really understand difference of the 2. What is a better all around TV?

Both are in size I range I need. Can anyone help?

Also can get 40xbr2 for $1398. However, concerned about action blur found commonly in LCD.
