Has anyone here purchased a projector from Japan and had to send it back for warranty work? If so, what was the complete turn around time? I sent mine back 20 days ago and have received no notification of when it will be shipped back...so frustrating.

sorry I cant help you on your matter ( never bought from over seas directly ) was the unit that failed a Mitsubishi HC3100 by chance ( just curious). thanks for any info.

Yes it was...seems to be an isolated incident as no others have had issues with theirs.
