I don't know about you guys, but the Splinter Cell series is one of my all-time favorites. Is it true that the next one, Splinter Cell: Conviction, is Xbox 360 and PC only? What gives!? Please tell me I'm mistaken!!

Yeah, this is old news.

The problem is that companies like EA and Ubisoft haven't yet devoted enough development resources to PS3 releases. The last Splinter Cell was terrible on PS3 and ensured that it would sell terribly, virtually guaranteeing that the next in the series wouldn't make it to the system.

I'm a huge fan of the series, too, and I hope that the upcoming Splinter Cell is only a *timed* exclusive and will give the developers time to make a worthy version for the PS3.

they might make a PS3 version of Conviction, didnt they make a PS2 and a PS3 for double agent? i own all 4 of them and i really want Conviction to release for the PS3.
