Just got off a long conversation with a fairly typical CSR. Mostly clueless, but he did have some interesting info. I originally called because I was one of the people who was getting all of the new HD channels but 284 (Science Channel). He told me I could upgrade my package to Choice Extra and receive the following additional new HD channels:

217 Tennis
266 Biography
276 National Geographic
284 Science
603 Versus
607 Speed
612 Fuel

I told him that of all those I was pretty sure the only one that was currently available in HD was 284. (well I was close, I also got 603). He put me on hold (several times) and came back and said something like "Oh those are the ones that are going live next week". Anyways, I upgraded to Premier while I was on the phone and I now receive all 7 channels but of course only 603 and 284 in HD.

Believe me he was too clueless to have made this up and he was definitely reading this info from something, so at least it seems that they are planning these extra five (217, 266, 276, 607, and 612) to be in HD next week.

Doubt it means much - two of those are already available.
