I have an xbox 360 outputting via componet to my yamaha rxv2600 which sends it to my panny pj via hdmi. The picture in incredibly washed out. my solutions are run a component cable to my pj or maybe invest in a video processor or scaler. It appears the 2600 adc are not very good or maybe i have to look deeper into the menus to see if it is set up properly. All of the hdmi video inputs are excellent. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. My budget for a scaler or process is 1 to 2 hundred dollars (very small). Can u suggest a viable solution.

My concern is resolved. Solution is a bit embarrasing but extremely inexpensive. I rechecked my connections yesterday and noticed the red plug on my component cable had slipped out of the jack to the 2600. Problem fixed. Picture is great.
