Can someone reccomend a good projector for my new HT room.

I want to use a screen about 110-120in

My prewire for the projector is roughly 14 feet from the wall where the screen will be.

The prewire they used was component and also a cat5e wire that they told me could be later used for digital like hdmi but i dont know if that was false,wish they would have just used an hdmi cable. (actually there are 4 rca plugs 1 coaxial and 1 cat5e,i guess 3 of the rcs are for component and 1 for digital audio)

Whats a good projector around $1000 thats at least 720p( is 1080p even possible with component?)

Also the ceiling height is 8ft and i want to place my center channel speaker (klipsch rc-64) below the screen angled up a little towards the seating area,its fairly large

Any suggestions?
