It says NC State-FSU is in HD, but the ABC coverage map does not, and neither does my D* guide, I assumed all CFB on ABC/ESPN was pretty much HD now.

The reasoning may be that it is a reverse mirror with the Iowa-Penn State game (ie, you get your regional game on ABC and the other game on ESPN2), and ESPN/ESPN2 does all of their college football in HD.
