The new channels come in sporadically. They get pixelized and lock up.
The old HD channels (Dicovery HD, ESPN still come in fine).
I am using a H20 box and did put the new inline converter Direct TV sent me to receive the new channels.
I am thinking they just need to tweak something but am wondering if other people have the same trouble.

Check your signal strengths on 103(b). Even if the rest of the channels are OK, 103(b) may not be OK due to the narrowness of the Ka band compared to the Ku band. Signal strength needs to be minimum in the 70s to avoid intermittent loss of signal for the new HD channels.
