Hey guys

I'm giving my ECP 4000 to a friend of mine but I'm keeping all my scalers and components. All he needs to do is hood a DVD player up to it so he pretty much just need the absolute cheapest scaler he can get.

I've looked on ebay but can't find anything for less than 100$
Can anyone recommend a really cheap one. Hes just doing S-video to like 1024x768

What about using component to do 480p or 720p? A $160 transcoder will do this. http://www.crescendo-systems.com/rev_transcoder.html. S-video is junk.
