Used to be able to buy a sat receiver and have SDI out added by a third party. Can any of the new receivers have HD-SDI out added?

This would be nice since the new VP50PRO scaler can accept both SDI and HD-SDI.

My projector and scaler are at the rear of room 45' from the sources. In my case the more robust HD-SDI coax cable, which has no distance problems, would be preferred over HDMI.

HD-SDI is a possibility on some HD receivers, no way to confirm though without digging into them, I will certainly take a look at them and see whats up when I get HD-SDI up and going

Key Digital had an STB with a built-in processor (HD Hanna), but I believe it was an OTA implementation.
