hey guys
i just got the tritton AX360 a couple of days ago
i think that it`s a great headset except that the volume even set at maximum is not strong enough for me
can i add an another amplifier to the one that came with the headset ?
or do you guys think that my headset is defective ?
thanks a lot

Have you increased the main volume on the actual amplifier unit as well? I don't have the best of hearing and my ears would be blown out if I maxed the volume out on these headphones.

You are contradicting what you are asking. You just said " i can hear pretty good but the volume seems to get really loud"

Which is it? Not loud enough or too loud?

i think you posted this in the headphone topic and it was answered there as well. I believe the answer was that you must have defective cans.

"Personally I do not understand how you could play with them at max as of right now. They would make my ears bleed. Maybe there is something wrong with them ??"

Oh ok sorry. I will have mine in the next day or two and will let you know how mine are, but it sounds like they are either setup wrong or you have a problem. There are not a lot of people here with them (or that post about them) so it may be difficult to find more insight.

I have heard GREAT things about their customer service etc.......when you call them. That would be my next advice.....give Tritton a call.

I'd love to let you guy's know but can't. I got mine last tuesday, unwrap the box, check them out and went to bed. Next day I finish work rush to get "The Orange Box", get home set everything up and BANG....I get the f... red ring. So I'll have to wait at least two weeks to try them. But I would really like to hear from who ever has them on sound or even different setup.

Mine are plenty loud. with the volume controls on the amplifier and on the cord itself it gets very very loud for me.
