Looking for a speaker system that excels at home theater since I won't be using it for music. Not just looking for something that plays loud but a system that can pull you into a movie where you don't seem to notice the system as much and most importantly isn't bright sounding. All opinions appreciated.

Speaking from experience, getting speech to sound good is critical for an HT system, far more than listening to music. I have far from an ideal system, but my Community center channel speaker was so hollow sounding it really disturbed me. I finally switched the LCR to matched EAW speakers, and it instantly sounded better. To me, the soundtracks to movies are so processed anyways that I'd think overall the speaker selection is less critical than in a 2 channel system. I'd also add that to me, equalisation (including room treatment in that 'eq' word) and speaker placement is more critical than the actual speaker type as well.
