I'm considering buying a Hitachi P50H401 50" plasma. But my kids do play a decent amount of xbox360 (when we get a new game maybe 10 or more hours a week).

How will games look on it and do I have to worry about burning images into the screen?

I realize it's a cheaper TV and I'm not expecting Pioneer Elite quality, but I don't want to waste my money.

You will be fine playing games on your plasma. But I would suggest doing the 100hr break-in before you begin playing games. I game on mine all the time, Halo 3, guitar hero, Heavenly Sword, ect... with no problems what so ever.

Also, take this for what its worth but I would highly advise to get a Samsung or Panasonic for around the same price. Much better TV's IMO.
