I've been led to believe that deep color does nothing for today's HD-DVDs. I can't imagine them releasing new HD-DVDs with deep colour any time in the future, so there must be some reason for it... can somebody explain what?

RGB at greater than 8bit depth. Game consoles, HD video cams, PCs. Moving this to HDMI forum, too.
