I purchased Payback Blu-Ray disc from Amazon marketplace the other day. Normally, a painfree process, but the last disc I ordered was without cover insert. I have sent the seller an e-mail to resolve, but was curious if anybody could furnish a hi-res scan of the cover so I could print it.
