Things are speeding up in the software side of things for HD-DVD.Will be interesting when Transformers kicks in.Here is some interesting stats--look at studio support which is more than Bluray and Bluray boys have been saying content is king.

Not to be a buzz-kill, but that's likely because places like Amazon, Circuit City, Best Buy, and Fry's are all doing Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales. So obviously people won't be buying as many titles from other places.
As for "Content is King". This is true. More major studios still support blu-ray than hd dvd. Though, it all depends on your preference, which content you think is better. I like both. There were just too many movies on each side that I didn't feel like missing out on.

DVD empire always seems like it starts out high for HD DVD then it lowers throughout the week
just waiting for dvd planet to get TRANSFORMERS up for sale.Looking forward to that plus a few others including NEXT.:)
DVD Empire numbers are completely meaningless until they're finalized for the week (when the next week shows up in the list). So the 2nd week listed and all the ones below it are accurate. The top week is a WAG.
