hi, I have a TViX HD 5000 with 2.2.0 A firmware. I cannot play MKV files... does any body have an idea? suggestion?? any thing ??? pleeease!!

I stand to be corrected bu I do not believe that the 5000 supports files of type MKV / H.264. You will need to re-encode these files into something that is supported like MPEG or AVI.

Do a search as there are a number of apps out there that do this.
