Hi, I work for a recording studio, and know very little about video. We have a session coming up where the client is going to be recording in two of our studios and would like a video setup to see eachother with. We're renting two Hitachi DZGX5020A DVD Camcorders and will be using the Composite video output.

My question is, how long can the composite signal be run coming out of the camcorder before it needs to be boosted. Obviously we're not too worried about video quality, but minimal snow-type noise would be preferred. At this point, the composite cable we have running between the studios is probably a couple hundred feet.
