Anyone have comment on these two processors? Besides the key digital being able to tune channels in hd and sd, how about the scaling side of them?

Does one scale better than the other? Perhaps the Hanna is good enough to use just for the tuning of HD? Like a lot of people, I'm not able to go to a vp30 or 50 yet but would still like to get something to upscale sd video.
