I just bought a antenna to hook up to see if I can get OTA HD and had a question on how to connect it to the TV. I have a Dish Network receiver, do I run the antenna cable into the receiver, the receiver than TV or just to the TV?

I have a Dish Network receiver, do I run the antenna cable into the receiver, the receiver than TV or just to the TV?I would try hooking it into the Dish receiver first, especially if you have a DVR model. This will let you record OTA shows. However, it has been my experience that my TV (HP MD5880) can pull in signals that the Dish VIP622 cannot, so if you're having trouble you might want to try hooking up directly to your TV to see if that works better.
