I have finally bought my remote and i bought the 720... So far so good. I have programmed my satelite and my cable box to work.

Not bad... fyi... costco has them now (canada) for $150.00 - only if anyone is interested in knowing.

Now.. I need to program my media center... which is also my only pc. So, its not really a dedicated media center pc.

but here are my thoughts/questions

when i select the activity to run media center, is the remote assuming that the pc is already running MCE?

If not, how do i get this to happen?

Or do i program my remote to have a "green button" that will automatically run MCE?
