Hopefully someone can give me a hand here..

I'm getting a Mac Mini this week and plan to use it as an HTPC. Leopard is coming this Friday for me as well so the first thing I plan to do is try it out with the Mac Mini and see how the new Front Row works.

Until then I'll continue to play with my iMac and see if I can get it to do what I want.

Here is the situation, currently I'm using my iMac and MediaCentral. I have mounted 3 directories on my file server:

Mount Directory
D -- Movies --
E -- Movies --
F -- Movies --

These show up fine in Mediacentral but as you probably know they show up as -- Movies -- all 3 of them.

What I would really like is a way to concatenate them all into one directory.

Is this possible some how with a Smart Folder or something similar?

Thanks for the help

Josh

As far as I know, no. I have the same issue when linking to an external hard drive. I would perhaps email the developers.

i "thought" media central did read smart folders...but maybe im mistaken.
i use it less and less, as i find the program to be vile.

go the leopard front row solution...or use sofa control and vlc.

Thanks...

Now how do I create a Smart Folder that encompasses all those directories? Any ideas?
