My H20 600 will not upgrade the OF14 software and it's driving me crazy!!! I've reset it 3 times and hard booted it 2. Could it have anything to do with the 3LNB as I have not made the switch yet to the 5?

Why do you think you should be getting release 0F14 (I think you mean 0xF14)?? The current national release for the H20-600 is 0X2024.

Ahhh... Ok. All i know is the software that wants to update, noted in the top right side of the screen is: 73/0006/OF14/01/0108. To which 0% complete.

Which release do you have right now? There is usually no point in downloading software, you will usually get the same release you already have. Updates come to your receiver automatically when they are available.
You will probably not be able to do this until Monday anyway. DirecTV often suspends downloads at the weekend to conserve bandwidth.

Are you just doing the reset or are you trying to do a forced download -- reset then 0-2-4-6-8 when the welcome screen comes up?

I'm pretty sure the dish isn't your problem.

If you are doing the forced download and giving it 20-30 minutes to complete and still it is not updating then you may need to post over on dbstalk and get Earl or one of the experts opinion over there. I know that some updates can take a long time, but I've never heard of anyone who couldn't get an update at all assuming there is one available for your receiver.

Texaxbrit... you nailed it! As you mentioned over the weekend the downloads from D* were limited for extra bandwidth. As of this AM the software update 0X2024 was successful!!!

I'll assume this is the latest?
