I'm selling my old 720 projector, and I'm going to get a new 1080. I have a 110 Carada BW screen and I have control over lighting. I sit back about 11 to 12ft back from the screen. I'm looking at the new Sanyo PLV-Z2000.

Any thoughts?

the epson pro cinema can be had for 2600 and it has a spare bulb and ceiling mount.
I am looking at that one.

Optoma HD80. It's DLP and doesn't rely on an iris.

The Sanyo uses the new D7 LCD panels which from early reports have 3X the native CR of the D6 panels. That at this point from specs alone seems to be the best choice if dark scene contrast/ black level is important to you.
