I am hoping for a recommendation on the best place to purchase the following:
Wallplates:
1 bulk cable 2 gang wallplate
1 recessed bulk cable 2 gang wallplate
Cables:
1 HDMI cable (15-20 ft)
1 Component cable (15-20 ft)
1 Audio cable (15-20 ft)
It seems there are a thousands of sites offering some of these things - but I can't find what seems to be a good, reliable site that offers these products.
I would obviously like to find them at a discount, but I would be willing to pay to get them here ASAP. I need to finish my wiring before my painters arrive this week.
Any help would be appreciated.

Monoprice should have what you're looking for. They're pretty well thought of around here and they're inexpensive (note, I did not say "cheap" as that implies a poorly-made product, and their products -- at least the ones I purchased -- are most certainly not poorly made). If monoprice doesn't have everything you need, parts express, ram electronics, impact acoustics, etc., etc. all have quite a bit of stuff. The parts list in my HT thread (linked in my signature) lists what I used, the part number, and the vendor from whom I bought the stuff. You may find that helpful.
Good luck!

Excellent, thanks!
I went ahead and purchased the cables from Monoprice. I feel I did pretty well. I was able to get 2 HDMI (22 AWG) 25 foot cables, 2 Component (5 way with audio) 25 foot cables, as well as 10 female to female adapters for the component - all delivered with next day shipping (had time constraints) for $160. The shipping alone was $70, so the price for the cables was exponentially cheaper than a traditional retail store.
FYI - needed the female to female adapters to connect my XBox 360, which is component on one end, but proprietary MS on the other end (and its only an 8 ft cable). Thus, I needed a long cable to run behind the wall, then needed to patch in the Xbox cable.
Thanks again for the assistance.

Best deal I could find on female to female connectors was at radio shack (I needed them ASAP so had to find them at a brick and mortar shop). spliced together component video cables using a video+2 audio splice, then a second L/R female to female splice for the audio. Didn't notice any drop in quality, they seem to work just fine.
