im a newbie to projectors but after setting my 1500 up i notice i have to lift the left back foot alittle to get the picture square.the picture is not a trapezoid it shoots square its just tipped alittle if i dont adjust the left rear foot. is this normal or should i return this unit for another?the surface its on is level by the way

Well, you may not have it on a level surface. Some adjusting of the foot might be helpful. That's what there there for.
