want to be able to control my music on PC, which is connected to my stereo via some two way remote.
Was thinking a PSP, using some sort of Web server on PC, can't think of much else. Any tips or hints?

Well, if you want wifi 2-way that means using a PPC or larger type tablet.
Then, you have many choices from simple music control to complex home automation.
NetRemote
RemoteAmp
XLobby
CQC
MainLobby
....and others that I'm sure I'm missing.
Some can run as a web service.

Are you using iTunes? If so you should check out the TuneView remotes from Keyspan. Just plug the receiver into your USB port and the RF remote will show your playlist and selections just like an iPod.

Right now I use a laptop, and remote into the media center pc. But for parties it's too complex, and not to mention handing my laptop to drunken people. So I want something much cheaper, and fool proof. I could use Itunes, I do like it.
