I have this hooked up through HDMI on my Toshiba DLP, my HD channels often have dubbing issues and when I first turn to an HD channel and sometimes get a fast/slow motion video for about 5 seconds before becoming normal.
Is this a bad box or an issues with my HDMI cable? Is this normal?

My HDMI cable is a gold plated 1.3 by Phillips.
