I'm pretty good at Fast Forwarding my SA 8300HD through commercial breaks but it would be nice if I could do this with a single button push for each minute of fast forward (tivo envy)

I've scripted lots of PC applications using products like AutoIT which allow you to program sequences of events on pcs. The pseudo code for this would be:

Assign button 4
If 8300HD PVR
Then press Fast Forward 2x
Hold 30 seconds
Release Fast Forward

Would a NEVO be able to do something like this. Or perhaps a PDA based remote?

Very simple Macro. RTI, URC maybe even Harmony can do this.

Crestron, AMX nor prob.

Not much experience w/ Nevo. Don't think they will make it in long run.
