Since weeks now i got this question in mind. My Playstation 3 is connected via HDMI to my Sanyo PLV Z5. Now what do you think is better,.. set the output to 720p(native), or 1080p(only upscaled in the PLV Z5) for Blu-Ray?

I think it would depend on which scaler is better - the PS3 or the Z5. Try both, and see which one YOU prefer. If the source is only 720p though, I wouldn't upscale it then have the projector scale it back down.
