A Service tech came out and replaced my DM Board. After he left I noticed my Antenna inputs were not working and my Picture in Picture was rosy colored. I managed to get the Technician back.
He had left a cable unplugged on board on the antenna inputs and he had to adjust the ROFF adjustment from 45 to 65 to remove the "rosy" color on the PIP . I believe he went into a part of the Service menu for this adjustment. This did correct the ROSY TINT on PIP but he could not explain why he had to make this adjustment. The service menu had never been compromised until he changed the ROFF adjustment tonight. Any suggestions why this settting had to be increased from 45 to 65 for PIP after DM board replacement? He did Initalized the unit. He also had to fix the reset button on the front; One of the switch legs was out of the solder socket.

When replacing the LE or DM, there's a copy procedure that supposed to copy settings like that from one to the other.

I guess I do not understand. Could you "drill down" and explain the copy procedure? All he did was replace the DM board; After that he tried to initalize the TV but the reset button would not work. He fixed the reset Button and then Initialized the TV. He said this would bring all the settings back to factory settings which I did not like because it changed all of my video and auto settings. He returned to fix the cable he left off on Antenna in on DM Board then he went into the service menu or some menu and adjuster the ROFF to get thte PIP back right, Whay should he have done?
Thank you in advance.
