Hi,
I'm thinking of getting a finish nailer to compliment my brad nailer. Does anyone here have the angled ridgid model? It seems like everyone gets the Porter Cable even though for the same price (at least here in Canada) the Ridgid has the lifetime warranty thing. Anyone have experience with the Ridgid finish nailers?
Thanks,
Dave

I have a Rigid 18 gauge finish nailer that I got to replace a Bostick that had the piston go bad. It's the straight model.
Very well made and I would recommend.
Home depot have the dewalt 18V cordless 16 gauge nailer with a circular saw on sale for $299, if that is of any interest. Gets good reviews from what I have seen :)

I thought about the dewalt cordless, but I decided to go the air compressor route since I have more options for accessories. Also, all my cordless tools are Ridgid. I'm going to try and stick with the one company so that I don't have to waste money on extra chargers and batteries.
I have the 16ga straight nailer and I would not recommend it. It doesn't drive nails to full depth unless you are shooting completely straight in. That is my only real complaint with it, but it I rarely use it because of this. I have tried different air pressure and depth settings without much success.
