Has anyone sent in their Sony SAT W60 to Pennsylvania (Sony esupport.com)
They have a flat rate repair for $85. One of the tuners has failed and it would be nice to know if they can replace it.

Their site says they support all equipment 7 years after last market date. I bought mine in July 2001 but I do not remember when Sony stopped selling them.

Sony still covers it's UTVs... under the flat repair plan. However, I'm not sure if they repair/replace both tuners or just the failed one... CCS for $130 will repair both.

I've not sent my Sony UTV to Sony... So I can't personally give you advice but I've heard good things from those that have used them... Some digging on the site might (RCA Repair Thread as well) give you some clue.
