While adding my second layer of drywall and GG I of course got some acoustical sealant and green glue on some of the final drywall sheets. How do I clean this stuff off in order to apply my mud and tape?

Wait till it dries and then carefully try to shave it off with a razor blade. You can't really use anything to dilute it without messing up the paper on the board.
