I have searched and searched and can find no working link to the firmware/software upgrade that addresses several issues of this tuner...Can anyone with any knowledge of this download/fix please help me out??? While the DVD portion isn't bad, the tuner section is great and is the primary use of this unit ffor my family...So if anyone can help I would very much so appreciate it...:)

Word of caution...
If I remember correctly some of the "fixes" actually disabled the upscaling over component video connections (if you use/depend on that, just giving you a heads up).

Thanks for the heads up...:) I use the DVI since most movies do not upscale over component anyway...at least on my unit...I have only found 2 or 3 that do...
