I have a Mitsubishi WS-65613 started blinking green this morning and does not stop blinking and I cannot turn it on.

Can anyone please send me the instructions and/or service manuals to fix this infamous blinking green light.

Thanks for the help.... Found that the famous four capacitors were the problem. I replaced them with 1000uf 35v from Radio Shack... Thanks once again
