Okay,
So I'm building a sub. I've got help on the basic design (someones working one the exact specs), and its going to be a bass reflex.

I'm still debating a bit though on what to put in as the amp and driver, and I know this will efect the design...so I would like to figure out as soon as possible.

right now im thinking:
JL 15W3v2
Behringer Europower Power Amp 2 x 1200W

the other parts i've so far considered are:
Dayton 15" Mk III (but i hear the JL is better)
Dayton 1000W Subwoofer Amplifier (Personally, I feel like this is of better 'quality' than the europower)

now the only reason why im hesitant to go with what I've got right now, is that I feel like the Europower is just overkill for the JL, and considering that the 1000W is of better quality, I don't see why I shouldn't just get it?

maybe im wrong on the whole quality thing, which would explain a lot.

THANKS!

Yeah, still DIY section.

The subwoofer section here is for premade commercial subs.
