i love the new front row with leopard, and i think i will finally be able to leave media central and not salivate over non-working centerstage builds as they slowly roll out.

but i had a few questions about front row:

1. i like the way it displays artwork for video files. is there any app to add the artwork into the metadata of the file so that front row uses that?

2. Is the only way to do that using itunes? or is there a way i can avoid using itunes?

3. i really like how if you are scrolling thru the list of movies and stop on one of the selections....it will reveal a synopsis and cast and such. Is there a way to add this information to video files?

4. If all of the above requires me to import movies into itunes...then is there a way to force your itunes data on an external drive? i dont want to have any video files on my local drive...and dont want the alias files either...as they add up when you have over 1000 movies.

In iTunes' prefs, go to Advanced and you can select where you want your library to be kept.

actually...my 2 biggest issues now arE:

1. second monitor???? is apple really trying to release a HT app that still does not support external monitors???? #@$%@#

2. even with perian...some of my video files are not loading in front row...but will load in QT.
