I just got cable installed by Time Warner in my new residence yesterday and I'm having a strange problem with the 4250HDC box. Everything works fine except for when I try to change channels with the remote (both the remote TW provided and my Logitech Harmony). When I press the up or down arrows on the remote to cycle through channels, the channels continue to cycle without any additional presses of the remote buttons. This also happens with the channel up and channel down buttons. I can't seem to figure out how to stop this from happening. Does anyone have any ideas? :confused:
