I'm starting to plan my new home theatre in my basement that has a roughed-in home theatre from my builder.
My question is I have a large sports collection (baseballs, bats, autographed items, sports beer cans, etc.) that am thinking about integrated a 4 ft. tall inset into my home theatre walls...
I'm not looking for an absolutely perfect home theatre sound experience, but wanted to know by adding this into the room as I really going to mee up the sound?
Any opinions? Most of the home theatres I see are plan walls with acoustic fabric... I can't build a 14x20' room and not have a place to keep my collection (or my wife will kill me)...
Anyone accomplished a good solution with this type of problem (or should I say opportunity?)
Thanks -
Todd
